Healing the Witch Wound: Reclaiming Your Power as a Healer

There are wounds we carry that have no logical explanation—fears, aversions, and

emotions that seem to be woven into the fabric of our being. Some call them quirks, others call them trauma. But what if these wounds didn’t start in this lifetime?

I’ve always had an aversion to sand. Ever since I was a little girl, the beach never felt like a place of joy or relaxation for me. People would laugh when I said I didn’t like the feeling of it on my skin, but deep down, it wasn’t just about discomfort—it was something I couldn’t explain.

It wasn’t until years later, during an Angelic Reiki session, that the memory surfaced.

I saw myself in another time, another life. I was accused of being a witch for using herbal remedies—something so natural, so intuitive, yet so feared. They took me out to the ocean when the tide was low and tied me to a stake. As the water slowly rose, the sand and sea creatures ate away at my body.

I looked to the shore, and there stood my husband. He never turned away. He never left. He watched, knowing there was nothing he could do in that moment. And when he knew the time was right, he came to retrieve my body and laid me to rest.

That lifetime ended, but the imprint remained. And in this life, I still carried the discomfort of sand without ever knowing why.

The Witch Wound: A Fear That Transcends Time

This is what we call the Witch Wound—a deep, ancestral, and past-life fear of being persecuted, silenced, or shamed for our gifts.

For centuries, healers, herbalists, energy workers, and intuitives—women and men alike—were labeled as dangerous simply for their ability to connect with something greater.

In another life, I was persecuted again. My best friend and I were accused of witchcraft and thrown into a dark pit for days before our trial. The people who condemned us were not evil—they were afraid. Afraid of anything that held power outside of their understanding. Afraid of what they could not control.

That same fear still lingers in the world today.

We see it in the division between those who trust science and those who trust intuition. We see it in the way alternative healing is dismissed, ridiculed, or suppressed. We see it in the way many of us—especially those who feel called to heal—hesitate to fully step into our power.

Because deep down, in our bones, in our soul’s memory, we remember.

How the Witch Wound Shows Up Today

Even if you don’t consciously remember your past lives, the Witch Wound may still be shaping your reality. It can manifest as:

• A fear of speaking your truth or sharing your spiritual beliefs.

• Feeling unsafe when standing in your power.

• Hiding your gifts, even from those closest to you.

• A deep-seated fear of rejection, judgment, or persecution.

• Physical aversions that seem unexplainable—like my discomfort with sand.

This wound isn’t just personal—it’s collective. So many of us are carrying these memories, whether we realize it or not. And yet, we are being called to heal.

Reclaiming Your Power & Healing the Witch Wound

Healing this wound is about rewriting the story—not just for yourself, but for the generations before you who never got the chance to step into their full power.

Here’s how you can begin:

1. Acknowledge the Fear & Where It Came From

Start by recognizing the patterns. Ask yourself:

• Where do I hold myself back out of fear of judgment?

• Do I hesitate to talk about my spiritual beliefs?

• Do I have unexplained fears, aversions, or emotional reactions to certain things?

Bringing these fears to light is the first step in reclaiming your power.

2. Work with Somatic Healing & Past-Life Integration

Because the Witch Wound is stored in the body, healing it requires more than just mindset work. Somatic Coaching, Breathwork, and Angelic Reiki help release these deep-rooted fears on an energetic level.

Somatic Movement & Dance – Move your body freely to release the fear stored in your cells. Let your body know it is safe now.

Breathwork & Energy Healing – Release the memories of past persecution and call back your strength.

Inner Child & Past-Life Healing – Connect with the version of you who was silenced. Show her she is safe now.

3. Reframe the Fear: Your Gifts Are Needed

For lifetimes, we were told that our magic was dangerous. But the truth is, our gifts were never the problem—the fear of them was.

It is safe for you to be seen. It is safe for you to use your voice. It is safe for you to embrace your gifts without fear of persecution.

Every time you choose to share your light, you break the cycle. You heal the wound. You reclaim the power that was taken from you.

The Flames Didn’t Break Me—They Set Me Free

A woman standing in the woods, radiating power.

In that lifetime, as I stood at the stake, I felt the fire licking at my dress, the heat rising around me. But I didn’t scream. I didn’t fight.

I met the eyes of my accusers and held their gaze. I embraced the flames, unafraid.

And in this life, I am doing the same.

I am no longer afraid to be seen. No longer afraid to use my gifts. No longer afraid to stand in my power.

Because this time, the fire is mine to wield.

And so it is for you, too.

Are You Ready to Reclaim Your Power?

If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone. I see you. I feel you. And I would love to support you on your journey of healing and remembrance.

Through Somatic Coaching, Angelic Reiki, and Sacred Heart Clearing, we can release the fears of the past and step fully into the light of who you were always meant to be.

You are not here to be burned again. You are here to rise.

Are you ready? Let’s walk this path together.
